KIJ -Kushi Institute of Japan-

We hold Macrobiotic Leadership Program and KIJ original program to learn Kushi Macrobiotics carried out in each country from systematicaly, and authorize qualification authorization and completion.

Based on the original curriculum of Kushi Institute in the United States, KIJ has further developed and adapted its teaching materials for Japanese audience. The textbooks and teaching materials have been designed to promote Kushi Macrobiotics in Japan and throughout all of Asia.

In collaboration with the Kushi Institutes around the world, KIJ holds an annual Macrobiotic Summer Conference in Kobuchizawa.

The Library in Kobuchisawa Wellness Garden holds enormous volumes of Kushi Macrobiotic books and documents. The library will also, in the future, publish additional materials and newsletters.

Developing an active and ongoing macrobiotic network of individuals is a primary focus for KIJ. We seeks to provide a forum for all concerned persons from beginners to leaders, attend seminars, and meet face to face. We will also maintain active communications with macrobiotic leaders from U.S.A. and Europe.
