Michio Kushi sublimated results of research in U.S.A. for a long time as Kushi Macrobiotics. He established Kushi Institute of the training and the practice in Boston, Massachusetts and wrestled with education spread of Kushi Macrobiotic activity on a global scale.

Several thousand students are from Europe and America, who received training in Kushi Institute, play an active part in the fields such as natural foods, organic movement, and the alternative medicine.
